- Five private one-on-one support sessions
- Five optional group virtual support sessions
- A weekly rhythm that alternates between individual guidance and group education
This structure allows metabolic support to be personalized while also offering education, encouragement, and accountability through the group setting. Group participation is optional and designed to support—not overwhelm—the process.

Starting With the Right Conversation
Participation always begins with a complimentary 20-minute call. This is simply a space to share what led you to reach out, learn about my approach, and ask questions—without pressure or obligation.
If you choose to continue, the next step is a 90-minute Health History Analysis, where we take a deep dive into symptoms, lifestyle, stressors, nutrition patterns, health history, and any available lab data. This session allows us to connect patterns, identify healing opportunities—including metabolic imbalances related to digestion, hormones, weight, and stress—and determine whether the program is the most appropriate and supportive next step for you.
